Location: Size:	Petaluma, CA Size: 23,000 sf Retail and Office Space 43 Luxury Apartments

This mixed-use project occupies one city block of the Central Petaluma River Enhancement and Access Plan. The building program was created in a joint effort with the city and its citizens. The design extends the downtown commercial district while creating residences above. The muliple facades of the building allow it to blend into the scale of the existing city.
