As one of the country’s largest and fastest growing mutual fund investment companies, Franklin Resources, Inc., required a creative and flexible design solution for its corporate headquarters. A wide range of architectural services were provided, including programming, planning, custom furniture design, contract and systems furniture selection and specifications.

For the operations floors, a perimeter open plan is supported by centrally located services. Extensively coordinated telecommunication and data systems have accommodated continued growth and management reorganizations with minimal cost and disruption. Commanding the top two floors, the executive suites are distinguished by the subtle elegance of mahogany and glass in the classic tradition of East Coast banking institutions. A two story staircase links the investment and marketing departments and is punctuated with a skylight, producting a dramatic focus to the reception area.
