This commercial office project is part of the Central Petaluma River Enhancement and Access Plan.

Located on “D” Street, one of the most highly traveled roads in Petaluma, this project combines office and retail tenants into one commercial building. The flexible interior space can accomodate both large and small tenants, and includes 165 parking spaces in the adjacent garage.
